Custom Building as Easy as 1,2,3

  1. Determine your investment range, custom building includes a design and a budget. Defining your budget upfront makes the process smoother and more enjoyable. We recommend meeting with your lender to "pre qualify" for financing. Your builder can also assist you in determining a general investment range.
  2. Design, sitting down with the builder to design your home is the fun stage. Telling your builder about key features or lifestyle needs will allow them to assist you in coming up with a design that meets your needs and is within your budget.
  3. Acquire Land, if you don't already own your land, you will need to select a site that meets your needs. You and your builder will have discussed costs during your design meeting.

Finalize the design, order, and pricing

Kanbuild Process
  1. Finalize construction and permanent financing, upon completion of the design your lender will need to order an appraisal to process your loan. After all the necessary documents are received and approved for your permanent and construction loan a closing will be scheduled. You can now pay for your land from the loan proceeds
  2. The building process, KanBuild will schedule your home for production. The production process begins
  3. Transportation of the home/Finishing the home
